Hi, I’m Maddie! After graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Fashion Communication and Promotion, I spent the past year travelling and working in Singapore in marketing. Those experiences have given me a fresh perspective on creativity, culture, and communication. I’ve now moved to Sydney, where I’m excited to continue exploring my passion for fashion, storytelling, and design while developing my career in the creative industry.

communication
Throughout my job roles, communication has always been an important skill to have, as well as working with a group of people. I have great verbal communication with others and I am not afraid to put myself out there with ideas. In addition, working in customer service has taught me how to communicate with all different people in a range of circumstances
conceptual design
Throughout my degree, I have shone through in every project with my concept design, creating the initial blueprint for the final outcome using concept boards. in group work, I have had many compliments, as well as from tutors, about my strong concept development.
teamwork
I always enjoy working as part of a team and consider myself a great team player. I love seeing what comes out of the collaboration process and working with new people, everyone has different skill sets so getting to explore outcomes within a team is something exciting to me.
Travelling has always been a passion of mine, and in the years since graduating, it has allowed me to broaden my outlook and gain valuable inspiration, both personally and creatively.
